Learning Objectives: We offer a comprehensive General English course for students who are eager to improve their English level in all-round. Coupled with interactive approach and multi-method under our total English speaking environment, this course absolutely help students increase their ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Students will get to know topics covering daily life situation, poems, social studies, science, history as well as Arts. Encouraged to speak out their opinions in discussion, they will be able to, using grammar and vocabulary learnt in class, write and express themselves with greater fluency,   General English course is separated into 3 levels to cater students with different learning levels. Level 1 This is for students who have completed MI course. By end of this stage, they will be able to use tenses like present, present continuous and past, some prepositions, gerunds and other basic parts of speech. Moreover, students should also be able to read 150-200 word passages, and to write simple compositions like introducing themselves and friends. Level 2 Students continue to build their skills in different areas. They are required to read passages of 300 -350 words, master intermediate grammar, such as past continuous, present perfect and future tense, phrasal verbs, suffixes, preposition phrases, conditionals and relative clauses. Students should be able to write simple opinions and narratives. Level 3 At this stage, students can comprehend complex ideas written in articles with 400 to 450 words through advanced exercises. They should be able to use grammar, including past perfect tense, third conditionals, report speech, participle phrases. Students are now able to write about opinions, instructions and narratives.
